If you purchase from kucibiome.com and are not happy with your product for any reason, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
Opened products are included in our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.
This guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from kucibiome.com.
It does not apply to products purchased from Chemist Warehouse.
Products purchased from Chemist Warehouse are subject to Chemist Warehouse’s returns policy, alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. If a product has a minor problem, we may be required to repair, replace, or refund the product, depending on the circumstances. Kuci products may also be available for purchase through Chemist Warehouse.
If you purchase a Kuci product from Chemist Warehouse, your purchase is made with Chemist Warehouse, not through kucibiome.com.
For returns, refunds, exchanges, delivery issues, or order queries relating to Chemist Warehouse purchases, please contact Chemist Warehouse directly.
Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee only applies to purchases made through kucibiome.com.
